It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Julia Krause, a beloved wife, mother, and a pillar of strength. Julia left this world peacefully on May 25th, 2023. Her departure has left an immense void in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Born on June 1st, 1951, Julia embraced life with unwavering courage and an indomitable spirit. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Randolph Krause, with whom she shared a lifetime of cherished memories. Together, they weathered the storms of life and found solace and strength in their love. Julia's journey as a mother was marked by both immeasurable joy and profound grief. She was blessed with four beautiful children: David Purgason, Randolph Krause Jr., Michael Krause, and Matthew Krause. Sadly, fate dealt her a series of heart-wrenching losses as she had to bid farewell to three of her precious children and her sister Mary. Each loss carved a painful scar in her heart, and yet she found the resilience to carry on, guided by the love and memories she held dear. Julia's memory will forever be cherished by her husband, Randolph Krause, her son Randolph Krause Jr., her grandson David Purgason III, her brother Stanley, and her nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a legacy of resilience, strength, and boundless love that will continue to inspire all those who knew her. Though she is no longer with us, Julia's spirit will forever reside in the memories we hold dear. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating Julia's life at the visitation, which will be held at Martinez-Morse Funeral Home, Middletown, NY on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, from 9AM to 11AM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Middletown, NY, at 11AM with burial to follow. Julia Krause's departure has left an indelible mark on our lives. May her soul find eternal peace, and may her family and friends find solace in the cherished moments they shared with her. Rest in peace, dear Julia, knowing that your love will forever guide and protect those you have left behind.
