Teresa K Aranibar

Devoted mother and grandmother, Teresa Ines Kubber de Aranibar departed this world on March 27th, 2024, at Westchester Medical Center. She peacefully left the way she lived her life surrounded by her children and accompanied by God. The widower of Demetrio Uberfil Aranibar, they shared a loved filled life for 60 years. Even after his passing, there was not a day that she did not maintain her commitment by keeping his memory alive. Her role as a loving daughter, sister, cousin and friend began when she was born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. She was the daughter of Victoria Zambrana Fuentes and German Kubber Paredes. Raised by a single mother and being the only daughter in a family of six she is survived by her loving brother Adolfo Kubber and predeceased by her brothers Pablo, German, Gumercindo, y Guillermo Kubber. She was generous, thoughtful and the value that she placed on her relationships was present in the simple details of her life like a phone call, a card or a prayer over the ones she loved. She will also be forever remembered for her strong character and her ambitious spirit that was always up for a challenge. While in Bolivia, she attended private school of Santa Ana and graduated with a degree in Secretarial Studies from Maria Goretti. She worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Department of Labor for the Bolivian Ministries. Upon moving to the United States, she obtained employment and retired from Guild Molders INC, where she also became known for diligence, dependability and hard work ethics while building lifelong friendships. She was a woman that first and foremost loved her family. With her passing, she leaves a legacy of intelligence, elegance and witty humor. She is survived by her children Maricruz Edwards/husband David R Edwards JR., Monica Duque /husband Jeffrey Duque, James Aranibar, Maria Aranibar/ husband Stephen Cross, father to her grandchildren Shariful Mintu and mother to her grandson Christina Sava. She was a loving and selfless grandmother to sixteen grandchildren that embraced all of those around her. She will be profoundly missed. A small private service will be held by the family.
