Rosanne VanDemark

Roseanne Vandemark, aged 64, passed away on June 10, 2026. Roseanne was married to Joseph Vandemark, and together they shared 22 years of marriage and partnership. Born in Bronx, NY, Roseanne was the daughter of Seymour and Jessie Reznitsky. She was a graduate of Evanderchilds High School in the Bronx and received a bachelor's degree from Manhattan College. Roseanne served as an emergency medical technician with St. John’s Catholic Hospital. Roseanne was a member of Goodwill Presbyterian Church and the founder of the Classical Fusion Chamber Ensemble, which participated in the 9/11 Foundation. In addition, she performed with Riverside Orchestra in Manhattan. Roseanne primarily played the viola and was also an avid pianist. She enjoyed collecting diverse dolls and had a taste for eclectic music. Known for her jewelry and sneaker collections, Roseanne was always "blinged out" for any occasion, possessing a sense of style that rivaled Michelle Pfeiffer. She enjoyed annual cruises and trips with friends and family. A dedicated animal lover, she fostered neglected and abused animals. Roseanne’s love had no boundaries; she supported various organizations around the world, sponsoring children and endangered species. Roseanne will be remembered for her quick wit, sharp humor, and the immense love and understanding she showed everyone, anywhere, and at any time. Roseanne loved fiercely, and in turn, we loved her with the same strength and compassion. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Vandemark, and her beautiful fur babies: Willow, Zeus, Diamond, Cupcake, Olive, Sibelius, and Bijou. She is also survived by her sister, Rochelle Mandina; her brother, Brian Reznitsky; her nieces, Gina, Brandi, and Phoebe; and her grand-nieces, Simone and Zoey. Roseanne was predeceased by her mother, Jessica Golitzer, and her father, Seymour Reznitsky. A memorial service will be held at DeWitt-Martinez Funeral Home, 64 Center Street, Pine Bush, New York 12566 on June 16 from 7-9 pm.
